世界有数の育成大国アルゼンチンの育成モデルを日本に導入し、日本流にローカライズし展開する世界基準の選手輩出を目標とした選手育成プロジェクト。
本国ボカ・ジュニアーズの元育成部長、日本の清水エスパルスの元アカデミーセンター長を招き、日本の指導者育成にも力を注ぐ人材育成プロジェクト
圧倒的なスケールのBOCAJAPAN専用グランド「ラ・ボンボネリータ」を中心にサッカーを感じ、サッカーを生きる、サッカーの本当の楽しさを知る人たちを育てるサッカーカルチャープロジェクト。
